Thank you for shopping at NIRMANA. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds or returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags attached. We will only exchange the product if we have the requested size in stock. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at wearenirmana@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will respond within 72 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we determine that the item has been used or damaged by the customer.
